4 Party Bus Limousine Service

I used this service for an anniversary party event. From beginning to end it wasn’t a very professional experience. Phone conversations were ackward but I went ahead and went with this company because of the 40+ person bus they have. My follow up phone calls were just as ackward when confirming. Emails were not returned. When the bus arrived on time I was told before we left there was some paperwork. Ok no problem until he told me I owed him CASH. Not happening. He insisted more than once for me to pull as much money out as I could from an ATM. Not happening. He then said ok you can do it at the next stop and we load up. But first he tells us no ice chests on the bus so everyone had to empty their ice chests into the bus. Finally on the bus and ready to go. If all 40 of my invited guests would of came we would of been so squished. We had 29 and to me that was pushing it with a little wiggle room. When we are finally driving we soon discover that we think the driver is a horrible driver as we were slung around pretty hard. Most of us were concerned (you better hold on tight). We arrived safely (thankfully). When we had him come back to get us he was prompt. He took us to a second location and again we were slung around. Quite a few people got motion sickness.
Pros: Bus is really cool, snacks provided, bathroom on bus, prompt service
Cons: Bad driving, bad customer service (phone, email and in person), description misleading (no bedroom on bus), very crowded
