Great service, however its incredibly pricey here. I went for a regular oil change but it ended up costing twice as much as I normally pay… and that’s after a $ 35 discount. My recommendation is to say no to any extras (even if it sounds complimentary), although it’s still a bit pricey before the extras. Other than that, they seem to know what they’re doing (although they did mistake anticorrosion gel around my battery terminals for a leaky battery)

I’m a new customer and was so happy with my car’s air conditioner repair. They were so helpful and prompt, and they went out of their way to get my car ready for the heat wave. The air is nice and cool. I will be back for all my car needs.

I found 180 Automotive a couple of years ago as Bogi, the owner, is a wonderful supporter of progressive change in Arizona. I had to support a local, woman-​owned business for my mechanic, and I have always been impressed with the care and service I have received from every employee.
180 always takes great care of my car, ensures that I am educated on everything from checking my fluids to warranty coverage (I highly recommend taking the women’s car care class!), and does whatever it can to make my waiting time comfortable with the most updated waiting room (check out the local art!), drop-​off/​pick-​up service, or even allowing me to borrow a car when my repairs take longer than expected. I love that they know me by name, do everything they can to save me money, and refer me to other trustworthy mechanics if there’s anything they can’t provide. Plus, they have a wonderful referral program and always leave a special thank you gift after your service (the local soaps were the best!).
I am so grateful to have found a local mechanic that I can not only trust, but one that I love as well! Beyond recommended!

Great customer service, my son had a break down & had his car towed in to the shop at lunch time. The employees were very pleasant, all smiles, and took care of getting everything settled without hesitation, even though her (Reese, not sure of spelling) lunch sat waiting on the desk.

We are so glad we found an auto shop we can trust! After taking our cars to the dealership service shops for upkeep & repairs, we were sick of feeling like we were being ripped off. After reading so many positive reviews we tried 180. We love them! Honest, thorough and great prices. Being locally owned is a major plus. They remember us by name & their shop is a pleasant place to relax while you wait.
I recently had a small oil leak. They scheduled me for repair and gave me a loaner car! (The dealership never offered such a wonderful perk as this) 180 called me and hour later to say my car was done early. The tech decided to stay late & get it finished. I was thrilled to bring the loaner right back and pick up my happy little car!
My hubby & I are two very satisfied and now loyal customers.

It’s hard to find a mechanic you can really trust. The team at 180 is efficient, professional, smart, friendly and honest. I also like that the business is woman-​owned! And the lobby makes my living room look sad. It is big, open, comfortable with snacks and Keurig coffee pods, books and magazines, etc. Honestly, it is always a pleasure to go there — even if the reason why I have to go isn’t always great.

I went to 180 Automotive from a friend that had an experience years ago when Bogi was just starting out. I was tired of being sold service that was not needed and prices on parts that where marked up. I asked how much the cost would be an hour but kept getting no answer on how much they charge an hour untill I went to pick up my vehicle. I was charged about $ 150.00 per hour. For service that I was told should only take them 15 – 30 mins max. Im very disappointed to be miss lead and exsplained this after getting my bill. I spoke with surrounding services and was told espect to pay at least $ 125.00 or more for there services. A few days later my vehicle started raddling when I drove it down the freeway. I took it in to another shop and they found out that my bots were not tighten down, «something that doesnt just come loose» and if I didnt have it checked out when I did I would of had my rear transmission fall out and had a major accident on my hands. I had never had that problem till after leaving 180. Automotive. Fancy autoshop that’s very overpriced.

Not only did they give me 3 different price quotes. Of course, every time something happens to my car I am out of town on business. I pulled up right before close of business, they had already diagnosed the problem. Plus, had the part ordered and told me they would have it done by the next day.
You all are amazing. I came here based off of a recommendation from a co worker.

I was so so pleased with my experience at 180 Automotive! Reesey, Amanda and the rest of the team were wonderful. I had no doubt that they were taking care of me properly.
I have not lived in Phoenix long and was feeling the burn when my air-​conditioning stopped working. An aquiantance recommended this shop to me. I called and was able to get an appointment a week or so out but then was called back by Amanda and given a sooner and much needed appointment. When we discussed dropping the car off at the shop I was shocked when she inquired «how are you getting to work?» I’d never been asked that question by a shop before and it made me feel very comfortable and cared for. I do not have family or friends in the area to help me and the shop was kind enough to arrange a loaner for me to get to and from work.
I ended up needing a MAJOR A/​C service and brakes. My vehicle was ready in less than two-​days, absolutely unheard of for the amount of work necessary! I did incur an $ 1,800.00 bill but was happily surprised when my service advisor Reesey enrolled me in a VIP program that saved me in excess of $ 300.00 which took me down to a little less than $ 1500.00. I have never ever in my life heard of a shop that does a discount program.
Secondarily, and possibly MOST IMPORTANT the shop offers a huge warranty on services. This warranty includes guarantees and instructions and help if you are out of the area…
This had to have been by far the best auto-​mechanic experience I’ve ever had. I did not feel gauged — as I had called around and compared. I felt like they really value and take pride in customer service and the work that they do by providing customers a VIP experience. I will never go to another shop!

What an awesome experience. Genuine people, fair pricing. Really after making sure your vehicle is safe to be on the road. To read about the «making» of this auto shop can make anyone appreciate anyone succeeding in their goals against odds. I think it of course has a lot to do with Bogi and her staff’s solid work ethics. The lobby looks more like a hip coffee shop than an auto body. I just tried them for regular service. Quick — reasonable price. Perks are adorable. I will return but remind you that I had nothing complicated.

I went in last week for some work on my car. Turns out it was some in need of some serious repairs. The staff here got me check in really quickly, gave me an ETA on when they would be able to check out the car & a ride to work. They were super communicative and called to keep me updated on the repairs. Since it was going to take a few days, they offered me a loaner which was a HUGE help!
The staff was polite, personable & knowledgeable. Those three don’t always combine in any service based field but these people really had it down.
In addition to the chill atmosphere at the place and the loaner, there was financing available and that was a major plus especially when dealing with a major car repair like the one I had done.
I would highly recommend 180 Degrees Auto to anyone looking to have a positive and timely car repair experience.

I came here for a new battery and was so happy to feel welcomed; everyone I interacted with was polite and kind, and for once I did not feel totally out of place as a woman in an autoshop. I met the owner at another local establishment, and wanted to support this female owned business. I am so happy I did!
There was also no pressure to get extra work done on my car. The lobby is super kid friendly and comfortable, with toys, refreshments, and fast wifi. I will be back and will refer friends. Thank you for the unique and refreshing experience.

Really transparent about my cars’ small problems. Also, very clear and patient in describing everything. I feel really comfortable and informed going back. I even purchased the frequent guest program, which makes perfect financial sense. I’m so glad I found this shop because of great Unilocal reviews!

180 followed up with me to get the details of the issues we had. They assured me they are going to work through the communication pitfalls. I gave 2 more stars for caring and trying.

This Place ROCKS!!! I had a great experience today at 180 Degrees Auto. My Oil Change and Headlight fix was so AFFORDABLE! Be sure to check-​in on Unilocal and get $ 10 off any service! They even had a shuttle (nice bmw suv) they dropped me off at work and then came back and picked me up while they took care of my car. Nice people who were not trying to nickel and dime. Also, they gave me a snack! Win Win!

I detest car maintenance. Well that might be putting it mildly. I would prefer if cars were just disposable and when their bits and bobs stopped working properly, we could just toss them in the recycle bin and move on. But since we don’t live in a world where that exists I am so super excited that I foun Bogi, Doug, and the entire crew at 180 Degrees Automotive.
These people do everything right. First of all they don’t pressure you on anything. In fact, they go out of their way to tell you if something isn’t worth the investment. Seriously?!! You’re committed to saving me money? I must have entered bizzaro land.
The shop is fusion of art gallery, wifi ready, keurig toting, comfiness so if you have to spend anytime there at all, you will not fell like you have to go home and shower afterwards.
The staff is super friendly and they all seem to know what is happening to your car and who exactly is with it at the blink of an eye. I love this aspect. I don’t feel like some number on a parking tag hung around the mirror. Before I picked my car up on the first visit, my service advisor knew more about my car’s ticks and blurbs than I did. And on subsequent visits, his memory of what was done and what things were listed as «something to think of down the road» were gone over. It almost feels like taking your car to a really good physician.
Roll yourself down here and make sure you get one of their value program card things. It has saved me a ton of money and makes paying for maintenance way less painful, especially when you consider how much you are not burning on monthly car payments. This is honestly the first mechanic that I have fully trusted and have forced me to happily look at the practicality of keeping my car until the wheels acutally fall off. :)

Bogi, Austin, and crew treat their customers right! I came here the first time in the summertime, needed new brakes, and fluids. I was there a few hours in the waiting room where I had free wifi & Keurig coffee. I came back in October and then again in January for a check up and oil. They’re always so helpful and I can schedule easily. If you work not too far away, I hear, they offer a shuttle service, too.
I love that this is a local business, and owned by a lady. It’s in Melrose & is very welcoming. They don’t BS you and try to steal your money, and if something needs to be adjusted you can stop back in. They rock.

I don’t have a lot of experience with cars or car repair places. I never owned a car until moving to Phoenix. I went here when my husband’s car needed some work and vowed to bring my car when the need arose.
Well, 3 months and I’m not a customer. I got a discount on services because my husband referred me. This place is so freaking cool on the inside. The lounge is clean, comfortable, and visually appealing. The staff is hard working and honest. I’m referring EVERYONE I know to 180.

After scouring through Unilocal reviews looking for a place to get my oil changed, I stumbled upon 180 Degrees Automotive. Convinced after reading the multitude of positive feedback, I called to make an appointment. Over the phone I noticed right away that they were very accommodating as far as offering appointment times and finding out exactly what services I needed.
When I arrived for my appointment I was warmly greeted by a receptionist who checked me in and immediately offered me coffee, a seat on their comfy chairs, and the wi-​fi password. Their waiting area is stylish, comfortable, well-​lit, and the internet is fast! About 30 minutes into my wait, I was informed that they were down a technician and times might take longer than usual for their services. They gave me an estimated time, asked me when I had to get to work, and offered me a shuttle ride, should I need it. Luckily for me, they were able to complete my oil change in a timely fashion and get me out of there in time for me to get to work.
Throughout my experience there they were nothing but polite and cordial, addressing me by name and offering alternatives for any complications that would arise. I came away impressed by their outstanding customer care, good prices (Paid $ 28 for an oil change after using a $ 10 off Unilocal Check-​in!), waiting area, and efficient service. I highly recommend 180 Degrees Automotive.

This place is the best. I brought my ford focus in because it made noises, needed an oil change, and I wanted to get a damage report. I specifically came here because I had a free oil change from a goodie bag I was given. I did research before I came in and was excited to find out it was women run. But still, I was kind of expecting a typical mechanic experience complete with me being scared everything was going to fall apart on the way home. Not the case.
First of all, as many have mentioned, it’s beautiful. You feel welcome from the moment you step foot in the shop. There were comfortable couches, artwork for sale and to look at, decent coffee and snacks, clean bathrooms, etc. It was a good first impression!
Secondly, I was greeted by a really awesome lady. I am terrible with names so I apologize but she had amazing curly red hair. I was a jerk and was totally late because I got lost but she was so nice about it. Took my keys and gave me directions to an awesome coffee shop to get breakfast at while I waited.
When I came back the damage was assessed. Not shockingly the car I got at the bad credit lot with the upholstery coming up off the floor had not had a lot of upkeep. It needed about 2k worth of work. I was making a hefty payment for it and certainly did not have that much money. They were kind enough to tell me what was for convenience (aka to make the shaking stop and noises stop) and what was well on its way to killing my car (brown transmission fluid to start). I ended up not doing the work because I decided to trade it in for a new fiat so that I would not have to put money into a worthless car.
Finally, I urge you all to go to 180! I would be sending them all of my business if my car was not totally covered by warranty right now. I tell everyone I know to go. I tell my co-​workers, friends, boss, etc. I doubt they listen to me because it’s a treck for them but I am working on my cen phở people I promise! Thanks for being so awesome!

I took my 2000 Saab here for an oil change and to check my engine light. I was blown away by the customer service, waiting room, cleanliness, knowledge and cost. They did not have time to make all the repairs today so I made an appointment for next Tuesday. I’m leaving my former Saab tech and will only go to 180 Degrees Automotive.

Took are new used car to be inspected here, and we were very pleased. They took there time in inspecting the car and knew all the things to check for. We used there evaluation to get a better deal on the car.
Also the waiting room is very upscale and inviting.
