This morning my duties extended way beyond filling the tank with gas. I do agree they do try to upsale you but hey what mechanic/​car repair shop doesn’t. Like a previous Unilocaled said simply tell them you ONLY want an oil change and on you go. I didn’t give them a 5 rating only because I think they are a tad expensive but you can always find $ 10 off coupons online.
The staff here is friendly and seem to be very knowledgeable. I will return when these services are necessary.

This place is good to get a quick oil change. Sign up for emails and then you’ll get a $ 10 off coupon. Both times they did try to get in some extras (told me I need a new air filter, suggested an engine flush). Just tell them from the beginning u want only an oil change. They make money by telling people you need this or that, so be prepared to tell them you are only paying for an oil change, period. Will def go back just for the convenience of it.

Sent daughter to have oil change only. She was told everything looked fine. One of the employees told her they were going to do an engine flush. She asked why and was told the oil was sluggish. After being pressured into more service we came away with a bill for 123.00. I went in to follow up with why the engine flush happened. Was told manager would call me next day after they checked into it. Am still waiting for a call 4 days later. Not the first time we were ripped off. They have now lost 4 customers in my family. Will be sure to pass the word about the unethical service here. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND !

Went in for an oil change, was pressured into full rear brake job — was told I might not make it home, despite the fact I told him I thought I recently had them done — got home and sure enough, had full rear brake job done 7k earlier — returned with receipts and got no satisfaction — DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THESE PEOPLE TELL YOU !

Fraud Alert. To make a very long story short, these guys scared me into having a $ 140 air conditioning service performed on my car by showing me a A/​C pressure reading taken while the engine was not running. The reading was way too high (too much pressure), and they claim the extreme pressure was dangerous, and could cause a major failure and expensive repair if they didn’t take care of it right away.
After the service, the pressure was the same (with the engine off), and was normal with the engine running. But they wouldn’t give me a refund of the $ 140 because «Valvoline recommends A/​C service annually». Total garbage.
I guess I’m a sucker for falling for their scare tactic. At least I did the research to know I was being conned.
