Great little bakery with full menu. Baked goods are their specialty and I thoroughly enjoyed a cinnamon roll tied in a knot shape. I also got the breakfast burrito and hash browns, all under $ 6. It is definitely worth the stop!

The breakfast burritos, hash browns and bagels are delicious. The food here was not greasy and sloppy very good. We also got some doughnuts to go and I almost finished them before walking out the door. The morning crowd was very friendly and this was probably my favorite part of being in this town for 2 days.

The downtown restaurant is unassuming. I grew up here, so I’ve always know about it, especially since a friend and her family worked here. Whenever I make it back, it’s definitely a must. Come in the morning, and you have tons of delicious donuts to pick from. And then, even at lunch they have a few left. Today we got some donut holes for $ 0.15. I’m more of a lunch/dinner fan. They have burgers, chicken, sandwiches and daily specials. Plus, I mostly come for the cheese balls to be honest. It’s just located downtown on the square so you’ll have no problem finding a place to park. Again, cheese balls.

For a great meal and friendly service this is the place to go. A family owned and operated business. They make their customers feel welcome. Sit at a large table with the locals and strike up conversation. They have a large menu to select from and daily specials. A locals favorite! This is the first place my daughter goes in the morning when she is home from college, she says they have«The Best» glazed donuts! Check it out!

Great little restaurant in the downtown square of Phillipsburg, KS. Be sure to try some of the German Chocolate Pie. They have noon specials that are good home cooking.

We were on our way from the Kansas City area up to Yellowstone, and taking the back way through Kansas and Nebraska due to the floods closing I-29. We stopped in Phillipsburg for lunch, bent on patronizing the local eateries. Just off the town square was this unassuming looking eatery, which was just starting the lunch rush. Based on the décor, I wasn’t expecting much, but once we got our food, we quickly discovered why this place is so popular among the locals. The sandwiches were delicious, the service friendly, and the pie was heavenly.
