WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Do not go here. Customer service is beyond horrible. Impossible to schedule appointments and when you do, they call and cancel. My son had not been seen in over two months, and the office manager called to cancel AGAIN an evening appt we had as we need off hour appts due to our work schedules. She assured my husband she would call after our scheduled trip and «get him in immediately». She never called. 10 days after she was supposed to I called her. She could not give me an evening appointment for another several weeks. When I told her that I was going to have my husband call (as he was going to miss work to bring our son in) and told her he was going to be frustrated becasue she had assured him she would get our son in, her response was to get angry with me, tell me I am «threatening» (?!) her by telling her my husband would be frustrated at her lack of flexibility (who wouldn’t be???), and then deny my son future care. Not kidding. She actually refused my son his medical care and HUNG UP ON ME!!! Astoundingly horrendous customer service. I will continue to scream from the roof tops how bad this place is. I would call the Doctor directly and strongly recommend he fire his Office Manager, but low and behold, she is his wife. Pathetic, the whole experience.
