History
Established in 2015.
The team behind Brauhaus Schmitz two blocks away decided to branch out and present a fresh take on the Classic American Tavern. The name Whetstone is not only Chef Jeremy’s an homage to his mother, who inspired some of the dishes, but also to the device used to sharpen knives. It’s indicative of how «Chef Driven» this place is. Be sure to check out the Knife Collection in the back room assembled from Chefs across the country that Jeremy has had the privilege to work with and befriend over the years.
