Specialties

Westmoreland Studios is Where Art Meets industry — a Former Industrial Building that has been renovated into Studios and Manufacturing space. We specialize in providing rental space for Artists, Creative Industry, Entrepreneurs, Artisans and anyone who needs a «Space to Create». This is our 5th Industrial Building that we have renovated, We believe that when old Structures are preserved and lovingly restored, we gain in so many ways. It’s a sad fact of life as a «Building», that eventually you are going to wear out your welcome within the Community. At this point, you have two options; Be torn down or become something else, All of the Buildings that we acquire, chose the later option, with insanely impressive results! Westmoreland Studios offers genuine industrial rawness, that has been meticulously polished to perfection! Westmoreland Studios is 40,000 sf of reclaimed industrial space redone with modern conveniences, making it the quintessential Philly loft Space. We offer studios, workspaces, and manufacturing areas. Spaces feature Factory Large Windows, insanely high Ceilings, original wood floors that have been refinished, exposed brick and most of the original industrial ornaments. Despite modernizations like Internet, Security, outdoor garden and patio space, with a 2000 sf Atrium, the building still reflects America’s Industrial Heritage both in feel and with remaining infrastructure such as loading docks, Freight Elevators etc.
