Try it with our fresh fried tortillas chips along with the homemade red salsa with dices of onion and cilantro, seasoned perfect. Our business specializes in the burritos. They are even tastier when drenched with our homemade salsa Verde our red sauce our amazing sweet and spicy mole sauce, then baked with cheese on top to melted perfection. Or try out our enchiladas, your choice of meat wrapped in a tortilla smothered in our homemade salsas. We also offer a variety of VEGETARIAN meals made with our fresh cooked organic beans. All our food is made fresh from scratch everyday.

History

Established in 2006.

The restaurant first started as Los Jalapenos that was located on 4th and Moore. We were there for 5 years then moves to our new location 901 s 8th st. When i came from Mexico its was what I always wanted to do was cook Tex-​Mex food. I have been in the Mexican food business for 18+ years.

I Jaime Tapia am a native from Mexico. I entered when i was 17 years of age. I started to work in the restaurant business. And realized it was my passion to cook and prepare food for the Mexican food lovers. I have been in the food industry for 18 years. And i enjoy my passion as an owner and cook of my restaurant.
