If I could give this place zero stars I would! Emanuel is a perverted joke! His sense of humor is dry and annoying! Please do not waste your money hiring these jokers. They hire young girls for him to flirt with and uneducated older woman that. Please do not apply to work here ! Your schedule will be thrown around and your pay will be messed up horribly! I have had several encounters with this company at a few places and was highly upset each time. The guards are lazy, disrespectful, rude, in considerent and ghetto. Companies beware!

I was attending a free event hosted by WHYY on the Delaware waterfront headlined by They Might Be Giants. Top of the Clock, supervised by Lavelle Young, was on security detail. These men brutally assaulted my party. They deserve to be fired and imprisoned. Three men shoved my date’s face into the pavement without provocation. It was the most surreal, nightmarish experience. She is a 150 lb female, and they threw her to the ground, scattering her purse and glasses. They manhandled my 22 year old sister and her girlfriend, bruising them severely. I called 911 that night, but our party left because we were being violently threatened. All we were doing was dancing at a concert. These men are dangerous thugs that violently attack young women. All I want is for these men to be fired so that they don’t assault any more young women.

If thousands of dollars worth of your hard work is stolen from a locked armory overnight on Top of the Clock’s watch, don’t expect any compensation or even an apology from these guys. They’ll claim that they were hired as a ‘visual presence’ and not to prevent a security breach. If the electronic log for the front door of said locked armory shows that the front door was opened several times overnight on the night that your work was stolen — once for a full twenty minutes, don’t expect Top of the Clock to see that as a security breach enabled by the very company that was hired to protect your goods. Don’t even expect them to fire the ‘guard’. If you want professionals who take security seriously, hire someone else for the job.
