Established in 2009.
Hally Bayer’s lifelong dream of sharing health and fitness came true with the opening of THRIVE in 2009. Her passion for teaching and health & fitness began as a young dancer and as a daughter of two school teachers who inspired their students every day. She completed comprehensive Pilates Instructor Training with Power Pilates and constantly diversifies hertraining with continuing education courses from a wide range of talented Pilates trainers.

My lifelong dream of sharing health and fitness came true with the opening of THRIVE in 2009. My passion for teaching and for health & fitness began as a young dancer and as a daughter of two school teachers who inspired their students every day. When I was fifteen years old, I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis. Over the next two years, I was hospitalized, heavily medicated and operated on three times to save my life. After my recovery, I felt a renewed sense of purpose and began visiting children in hospitals and giving them hope and inspiration. It was then that I made helping others my life-long goal.
