Specialties

The Training Station — winner of Best of Philly Gym — has finally moved into its long awaited, remodeled, full functioning, fitness facility — still in Northern Liberties. Phil, the owner, will be there in full force, but this time, he’ll also have extremely qualified staff on hand.

Phil Clark, a Yale alumnus and former Olympic-caliber runner, brings a premier fitness facility to Northern Liberties.

The gym is designed for all fitness levels from novice to Olympic. Its equipment includes: professional ellipticals, 4-minute-mile treadmills, barbells built to international standards for Powerlifting and Weightlifting, racks, lifting platforms, rubber plates, a glute-ham raise, a reverse hyper, and chalk stands.

Run is a nationally recognized sneaker store with personalized fitting consultations. Phil also provides an extensive gait-analysis with a HD video review of your stride. Using physiology, analytical data, and experience, he recommends the perfect shoe.

Clark’s personal training has been featured on 6ABC (WPVI) and The Inquirer.

History

Established in 2010.
