Andrew D. Swain, Esq., has been licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey since 1994. He opened his own firm, The Swain Law Firm, in 2007, in Bucks County, and meets clients in offices in Bensalem, PA Philadelphia, PA, Cherry Hill, NJ and Linwood, NJ.
Christopher A. Bradley, Esq., has been licensed to practice law since 1999 and has extensive experience in litigating claims involving wrongful death, personal injury and commercial disputes. In 2007, 2008 and 2009 Chris was selected as a Rising Star by Philadelphia Magazine in its SuperLawyers edition. This distinction goes to less than 2.5% of all attorneys in Pennsylvania each year.
Mr. Swain and Mr. Bradley have both obtained multi-million dollar settlements or verdicts.

Mr. Swain graduated from Temple Law School with honors in 1994, where he was a member of Temple’s Law Review, and he received a Master’s Degree in Trial Advocacy from Temple Law School in 1997. He received his B.A. and graduated with honors from Franklin & Marshall College in 1991.
Mr. Swain is admitted to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars, the U.S. District Courts in these states as well as the First and Third Circuit Court of Appeals. He also has participated as a member of the State Civil Rules and Procedures Committee for the Philadelphia Bar Association.
Mr. Swain has authored materials on the subjects of HMO litigation, conducting discovery in health care litigation, the peer review and self-critical analysis privileges, handling cases involving hospital or medically acquired infections, personal injury law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and conducting trials in federal court.
Mr. Swain resides in Bucks County with his wife and two children.
