This is the best record shop in Philly! The two guys who are there are amazing, very cool gentlemen. Prices are the most honest around and there always helpful. You have to look for what you want, organization is not to be found here, but it is what I love most about it. You have to get your hands dirty and search, it’s all about the adventure.

If you there looking for vinyl records, clear your schedule. Do not expect to just go in and be able to browse quickly. Most of the record collection is not alphabetized or in a specific order so you have to spend some real time sifting through everything, but that’s what makes it so fun! Not only is the store packed to the brim with records, the quality of what’s there is good too. Popular bands, big albums. And I failed to mention that about 99% of them cost about $ 3.98. There’s a ton of classic rock which is what I initially went in for, but I ended up also finding a copy of Nirvana’s From The Muddy Banks Of The Wishkah album in perfect condition. That album cost more than $ 3.98 but it was still so much cheaper than any other store would have it. What an awesome find at a great price. If any other store has it, it would be brand new with a marked up price. This was used(which speaks to the good taste of the people trading here) and selling for a good price. I’m not sure how they keep finding so many good albums but keep it up!

This place is AWESOME! I’ve been searching for Ziggy Stardust on vinyl for about a year now and found it here for $ 3.98(Which is what 90% of the records in this store are priced at). Records are buy 3, Get One Free. The owner actually reminded me at checkout that I had three records, so i was eligible for a 4th free record if I wanted to keep shopping, and that is when I picked up Michael Jackson’s Off The Wall. Great Place. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Awesome spot for used records! Found Zeppelin, Doors, Stones, Hendrix and more! Most for $ 3.98 each! — buy 3 get 1 free! Staff was very helpful — pointing out 50s &60s, Jazz, R&B, Metal, and classic rock sections. Cash only, but there’s an ATM across the street. I will definitely return!
