The Lofts at 1835 Arch

We love living here– everything I’ve read about this building is true– beautiful and spacious apartments, well kept building– always being cleaned, fabulous staff, close to everything, convenient to «getting out and in to town», wonderful tenants, and totally soundproof. Living in a smallish apartment building really has its advantages– you get to know people very easily, especially the staff. We intend to make this apartment our home for a very long time.

Coming from Illinois I spent many months looking at several apartments not really finding anything that blew me away. Either to small, no closet space, very expensive, or safety concerns. I became discouraged. Then I found the Lofts at 1835 Arch. My boyfriend and I were blown away. The front desk and security are top notch. The apartments are huge and the closets and bathrooms are a dream come true! Walking into the apartment I felt like I was home. I wanted loft living and my boyfriend wanted a cozy home feel. This is a perfect mix. High ceilings with exposed duct work, huge windows with new carpet and updated kitchen. I’m obsessed

This building is the best kept secret in Center City living! It truly deserves the 5 stars — great place to live.
I’ve been in Philly for many years now and have lived in many apartments, including 4 apartment buildings. The Lofts is easily the BEST building I’ve lived in. It is located basically on 19^th and Arch right next to the new Comcast construction zone, but this building is a tank and you can’t hear anyyyy construction!!! That was my biggest requirement when moving because I lived at The Sterling before this and you can hear every single thing there.
Staff is soooooooooo nice, like over the moon nice. It was so easy interacting with the leasing manager, she really made every effort to make sure our move-​in process went smoothly. Even after moving in, she has kept in touch and answered any questions we’ve had. The front desk staff is very helpful with everything from picking up packages to reserving the conference room. They have relationships with dry cleaners and other services also, just drop off and pick up your dry cleaning in the lobby. Maintenance is prompt and takes care of everything!
The units are beautiful. They have that fancy berber carpet, new appliances, tall ceilings, and huge windows. I live in a two-​bedroom and both rooms are comparably sized. Rent is extremely reasonable for the area. No amenities really aside from a conference room and a gym, but really that’s not a big deal when you have a great place to live.
The building has absolutely NO secrets. I’ve had terrible experiences with buildings being all hype and management being shady and insincere. The Lofts is really personal and truly wants you to have a great living experience.
I’d recommend this place for young professionals to couples and families. This isn’t really a college/​post-​grad/​party/​pregame place — people live here for years and really make it their homes! I was able to take advantage of a move-​in deal when I came here so look out for those. Check this place out if you’re in the market for a new home!

I love love the lofts at 1835 arch apartment. The management is always trying to resolve your issues. They have parties and activities here for tenants, so you can network or potentially meet a new friend ect. You feel very safe here and the management runs this location with procedure so nothing gets missed. It’s in a very nice and up and coming location. The apartments are very quiet inside so, I don’t hear my neighbors. It’s never crowded in this apartment I may see other tenants sporadically, which is nice because I dont care for crowds.
Overal, you get more for your money here, with the great management makes me feel at home.
