The Judge Group

As a healthcare professional who is used to working with amazing recruiters, I have never worked with such an unprofessional organization. I was actually warned by several other healthcare colleagues who had worked with The Judge Group concerning how «flaky» they are. I had to find out for myself. 1. Changed my resume and sent to a company without my permission. Left off licenses and reasons why I left each job. 2. Rarely returns calls when I am told I would be called. (I did not hound my recruiter). 3. Nine days went by without communication. 4. Inconsistencies with information about job, company interviews and other discussions. 4. Supervisor of recruiter made excuse, «they all need work-​like balance» when I discussed lack of follow up (which I thought was a bit strange). I have never made a complaint about a recruiting organization. I realize recruiters are very busy, but if there is a promising candidate who is very interested in the job presented an attempt to communicate continued interest from the recruiter every week or two would be appreciated. I wonder how many great candidates recruiters have lost because of poor communication. I agree some of the companies represented may not communicate well with the recruiter. I am trying to be fair in my assessment. I know there have been a few successful placements in the past. What is important for anyone who reads this to know about this particular office is the lack of professionalism and accountability. I know I am not alone in my opinion and wish I had taken the advice of my colleagues. I wasted over a month with The Judge Group.
