artisan pizza, freshly crafted salads, homemade soups, panini, gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, kid friendly.

History

Established in 2003.

Craig and Mike decided it was time to open their restaurant in the Spring of 2003, and applied to over 100 banks within the Philadelphia area. With a combination of persistence and luck they finally found a bank willing enough to offer them the startup loan they needed. Immediately thereafter they found a great location in Manayunk, completely renovated the 1st floor of the property, and opened in the Fall of 2003.

Craig and Mike have focused primarily on providing their customers with a fresh and superior product. On one side of the menu they offer a thin-crust New York style pizza, combined with top quality tomato products and Grande Mozzarella cheese (arguably the highest quality cheese on the market). On the other side of the menu they concentrate on offering a large variety of specialty salads and wraps, all made to order with freshly prepared toppings and homemade dressings.

By limiting the menu they are able to put added effort into the endless goal of perfection.
