Terrible service! Don’t even waste your time coming here. I ordered an iPhone from this store before going home for the holidays. The manager of the store offered to send the phone to my parent’s house. I paid them $ 194 to do so. A full week later, the phone did not arrive. I called the store 4 times. Each time I was told they were going to call the manager and call me right back. I never recieved a call back. At 6:30 I called and they apologized and said they would call me back in «5 seconds» after trying the manager again. They closed their store at 8 with no call to me. I looked further at my receipt and found that the manager had shipped the phone to my parent’s street addres in «Philly, oa». Yes, oa. Not pa, oa. Nevermind that my parent’s house is in NY. When ordering the phone, the manger asked if I wanted to phone mailed to the billing address. I said yes. Somehow he messed it up that badly. Anyway, after leaving a message when they closed the store on me, I didn’t hear back the next day. I called at 11 (two hours after they opened) and expressed my desire the cancel the order. The manager, who was there this time, ignored my request and kepy telling me he was on the other line with the representative who he ordered the phone through and he was going to figure it out. I told him he had a half hour to call me back or I would dispute the charges on my credit card. Not suprisingly, a half hour later I still did not recieve a call back. So I disputed the charges and went to a store that knew what they were doing. Later, I got a call back from the manager who insisted Verizon had just cancelled the order for no reason. Disorganized, dishonest, waste of time.
