Chris was awesome. Got our router tied in with our cat5 wiring and added a few airport expresses to ensure that house was wired and wireless everywhere. Used some of my preexisting equipment to create a network drive. Very knowledgable and fast. Would do it all over again.

We have used Taylor Tech Consulting for about 6 years now. Neither my husband or I are super computer savvy, so whenever we run into a computer problem, we just hand it over to Chris at TTC.
He’s always reasonably priced and friendly. He also realizes that we need our computers back as fast as possible, so one of the things we really appreciate is that he’s quick! Nice to have a computer whiz you can count on.

When the techies at my work couldn’t fix my beloved (and admittedly maltreated) mac, I took a chance and called Chris. The experience was so stellar and the price so reasonable that I’m actually no longer afraid of turning on my quixotic computer because I know that I have a plan if I get the «your day is going to suck because your laptop doesn’t work icon». But, since Chris fixed it, even that eventuality seems remote.

He helped me fix my multiple routers and made my wireless/​wired network unified and ran ethernet wiring and did an amazing job with it!

Taylor Tech has been wonderful for setting up our network, providing information to help us purchase our computer and computer related items and for getting us «out of trouble» with any problems we are having. They are quick in responding and are frequently able to figure things out over the phone. However, if an appointment is needed they are available. Chris is quite knowledgeable and really cares about «getting it right» for you.
