I’ve been seeing Dr. Tatarian since 2011, at first he was quiet but actually he is very professional and compassionate. I saw Amy Bustin, his PA for the first few months and she was great as well. Both took their time to listen and make sure you feel comfortable. So does Barbara Singer the RN, she is very qualified! Dorothy, the receptionist, is always nice and smiling. Its hard to get an appointment, I had to wait almost one month before my first one! Over all the whole staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Four Unilocal

They have new office staff THANKGOD. Much more pleasant and so less traumatizing to go there. My experiences are SOMUCHBETTER now, hence the 2 star bump since my last review. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Bustin. She really cares and she spends time to listen to me and how I am doing and talks about ways to treat me and makes sure I understand what’s going on. I really like her. 9÷10÷11 Went to this neurologist for my chronic daily migraines and dizziness. His PA was awesome and took a very thorough history. This was on my first vist. He was nice my first visit as well. I got a script that helped my headaches immensely. Future visits were not great. He and his PA would just walk out of the room with no word to me and be gone for 30 mins or more. When I went to find someone, the nurse just told me to go back in the room, they were with other patients. They had been with me! But then walked out with no explanation. Very unprofessional. When I lost my insurance and asked them to fill out the paperwork necessary to get my application in for patient assistance for my prescription, they refused. I had to stop taking the drug because they wouldn’t do their part that the drug company required. Finally, the office staff was ALWAYS terrible, at every visit. Rude and incompetent.
