Very disappointed. I called Summers on Monday 2÷16÷15. They told me Wednesday a Tech would be out. Wednesday I get a call that the Tech was hurt and can’t make it. I was now re-scheduled for Friday 2÷20÷15. The Tech did arrive and said he would order the part. Monday 2÷23÷15 I get a call from Summers asking me if I want them to order the part. I replied«I thought it was ordered Friday and you were calling me to schedule installation». Well, now it is Wednesday 2÷25÷15. I called and asked for a update. The girl told me the part is not in yet. I told her that it should not take over 10 days to get a heater fixed, especially since I am a preferred customer with a $ 475 dollar maintenance agreement. She did not ask me if I had heat and gave me the impression she did not care. Hell of a way to run a business and steal peoples hard earned money. I am very disappointed with«Summers».
