Tacos are great! I would’ve rated higher if the bartender didn’t scoff at us when leaving.

Had a great time at stos last tuesday! rockin jazz band and funny stand up comedy! bar was pretty full and they had a decent beer selection. As for the food their female chef could sit on my face and I wouldn’t mind, the tacos she made me and my friends were delicious, and she was a smokin hot bbw. we will definatly return hungry for more. i give stos 5 stars plus they have video games and free shuffle board! nuff said!!!

Nice enough venue. $ 3 Rolling Rock. Great jazz band and brave stand-​up comics. But, as a place, fairly forgettable. Something tells me you’re mainly coming here for the entertainment. Funny 1990s-​inspired pictures on wallpaper.

I absolutely love Sto’s. I think they are one of the more underrated bars in Philadelphia– they have great food, video games, giant jenga, and TVs everywhere, perfect for watching sports games.
First– who doesn’t love playing giant jenga? Every time we’ve gone we’ve been able to play, and have a blast at it. The *only* downside is since the floors are wood and the tables are wood, it makes a big clattering noise when it falls and everyone in the bar stares at you, but hey, that’s part of the fun.
As for the video games, they have N64! Who doesn’t want to go to the bar, have a few drinks, and play Mario Kart?
And the food is delicious as well (although they have gotten rid of my favorite burger). Their burgers are juicy, and cooked perfectly. They have different types of fries to get (I recommend the bacon & cheese fries, wasn’t the biggest fan of the smokin’ parm fries). They also have delicious wings and nachos. It’s more than your average bar food.
Tip: If you sit on the right hand side (when you walk in) don’t lean against the wall! They write on it with chalk and it will get all over you! Also, the bathroom is downstairs, not in the back, I’ve made that mistake a couple of times :-)

The bartenders were drinking more than the customers and they didn’t seem to care one bit about said customers.
I asked for a food menu at one point and the bartender said sure and promptly went to take another shot with her friend and never brought me a menu. Plenty of better places in Old City to check out with much better service.

This place is great. Dani is a gift from Allah, she stays in the low post, slanging dranks, till the cows come home. The bathroom though, looks as if a rail car full of hookers derailed in it and snorted the entire Colombian GDP worth of cocaine in there… they could fix the bathroom and be a hidden gem of Philly.

I was invited to Sto’s and ended up being the only one there. I was greeted by most of the people that was in there. Great vibes, a lot of games I played some as well. It wasn’t until I meet the owner of the bar and the chef and also the cook… I realized that this place is awesome. Great long islands and let me not forget the food is good! The face sweater chicken are the best so far! Please stop by, you will not regret it…

Really bad. Rough and full of undesirables. Stay far away. It is basically an alley with a few taps of bad beer.

My boyfriend LOVES this bar. Not only because they have a pretty good selection of beers on tap, but because they have two Nintendo 64 game consoles out for customers to play! Neither of us are much of gamers, but I do love some Mario Kart.
The bar also has many TVs so it’s great to watch a game here. And when the weather is nice, they put corn hole out on the sidewalk for customers to play with their friends.
Pretty cool atmosphere, we will be back again!

WOW!!! Theyve got the Best wings in town. Great bar with tons of draft and bottle choices. Several Flat screens. It’s primarily a sports bar. Chill. Video games.

My wife and I went here for lunch on a Wednesday. We were the only 2 people in the entire place.
It took a while for the order to be taken, which was fine. But then, they informed us that they were out of the chicken gyro. So, my wife chose the Jersey Burger, which has pork roll and a fried egg. About 20 minutes later we were told that they were out of pork roll and asked if she would accept bacon as a sub. To which she countered with no bacon at a discount. They seemed alright with that. But 5 minutes later, dude went running down the street for F’ing pork roll.
Mind you, they were out of the chicken gyro and pork roll, on a Wednesday, with no customers in the entire place.
At the 45 – 50 minute mark, we still had no food, so we decided to pay for our 2 beers and nachos. They charged us $ 26 for 2 beers and nachos. We paid $ 21. We won’t be returning.
If you own an establishment on E. Market Street, you need to have your lunch game down. Sto’s has no lunch game.

Recently wrote a review where the barman tried to fight us because we didn’t leave him a tip after he was rude, arrogant and dismissive. Apparently he’s been let go about a month after my incident. Happy to hear that. Raising my 1 star to 4 stars since Sto did the right thing.
Sto’s as a bar can be fun. Super chilled, Fifa, Mario Kart, Jenga and Heineken… what more can you ask for. I’ll try the wings when I come back.

Cool spot. Good music. Few games. 2 TVs have N64s hooked up to them (Mario Kart, Mario Party, Smash Bros). Another TV by the bar has Madden hooked up to it. $ 6 for mixed drinks which isn’t bad compared to the NJ and NY prices I’m used to. It isn’t too loud. You can actually have a conversation without screaming in someone’s ear.

My of my favorite spots in old city for sure. Good food. Amazing chicken fingers. Reasonable drinks and a fun neighborhood type of a crowd.

We showed up to grab a seat before the parade on 4^th of July. The owner, Sto, was by himself still setting up before the bar was open, though he went out of his way to accommodate us. We had the lucky opportunity to have him as our bartender! Two Bahama Bay Breezes with fresh pineapple juice — delicious. Great atmosphere and a great place to get drinks or shots in Olde City. Free video games and bar games, too. We will definitely be coming back!

Solid bar to grab a beer. I started down the street at Mac’s, which was okay, but ended up here because there were move TVs and I wanted to watch some sports. The bartender was super friendly, the place was busy but still comfortable, and there were plenty of TVs… all, however, on one wall, which is a bit odd.
Drinks are affordable. Beer selection is good but not as good as Mac’s. They poured my gin and tonics fairly strong, and the bartender even slid me a free one saying «welcome to Philly».
Didn’t try the food, but they were pumping out a lot of wings that looked and smelled decent.
Bathrooms were pretty nasty. Otherwise, I liked this place.

This is by far my favorite local bar in the city. I started coming here the week it opened and fell in love. I have been looking for a place with a variety of wing flavors and the moment I stumbled into Sto’s and saw their menu I could help but go once a week!
Tiff is who cooks all the food and not only is she an awesome person but her food is just as great. She is super friendly and willing to adjust to any food allergies!
Chelsea and Riley are THE BEST bartenders there! They always know what drink I want and get it for me as soon as I walk in! They are always super friendly and make me feel welcome. Not to mention prices are unbeatable!
A must go to bar!!! Try the food!!!

Came here on Friday night cause the boys wanted this place for the Mario Kart. ok ok fine I’ll try somewhere new.
The bartenders were SOoOo weird. Both thought they were hottest girls in town, kept adjusting their hair and clothes. Yo, just chill, and get me my drink. Like I would just wait and stare while they fixed themselves for them to ask for my order. And when my group left tips, they stumbled and kept asking us who each tip was for. Like don’t you know who took the order/​made the drink? Or you just split it later that night. Just so odd.
Redeeming factors: Mario Kart is cool. And you get to request music/​music videos are playing. Got to just do my thang and dance although no one else was.

I rock at Mario Kart!!! Legit beat everyone hehe.
This bar is what it is and either you can love it or hate it. It kind of morphs into what you want. The beer is cheaaapppp so drink up! Wanna play Nintendo 64 or beer pong or corn hole? Do whatever you want! Want a certain song on? Request away and you’ll hear it! There’s no set scene here is basically what I’m saying.
They have two TVs with N64s hooked up (although a lot of the controllers are broken). A few other TVs for sports games and YouTube behind the bar. You can set up any game you want in the back!
I like coming here with a big group because you can have a great time and almost take over the bar How I Met Your Mother style. Bartenders are really cool! I’ve never tried the food here. All in all this is a chill place to go when nothing else is really happening, but fun nonetheless!
