I’ve always felt very conflicted about Dr. Inker’s private practice. The dental assistants are wonderful, attentive, and kind which keeps me coming back. However, there have been numerous times where Dr. Inker has not made the visit enjoyable.
I told him of a toothache, so he takes a metal tool and begins banging on the tooth as hard as he can to reproduce the pain. Then, he appears startled that I was so bothered by it. There are other ways to reproduce pain that don’t involve almost cracking my tooth.
In another instance, Dr. Inker assured me that a cavity I had was very small and did not need any novocaine. That is, until he started drilling and I felt EVERYTHING.
On top of that, Dr. Inker has made comments about my weight that are unwarranted and make me uncomfortable, implying that I am anorexic because I am so thin.
I wouldn’t go here if I were you. There are many other dentists that would make your experience better.
