Square Peg Artery & Salvage is an artistan boutique in Rittenhouse Square. We have created a venue for small artisans and craftspersons to showcase their wares within the local economy.

Our merchandise is all handmade, primarily by local artisans and is either one of a kind or a limited edition based on materials and techniques.

In addition to being a retail shop we feature two artist monthly in our main and mini galleries, host a variety of events such as poetry readings, trunk shows and art/​craft workshops.

History

Established in 2008.

Square Peg Artery & Salvage opened to the public in September 2008.

Since its inception Square peg has been a venue for emerging artisans and craftspersons in the Philadelphia Area.
