Always pleasantly satisfied with the job they do here. Facilities are always pretty clean. Prices are reasonable. I normally get a mani/​pedi and my eyebrows done here. It’s best to go during the week though as weekends seem to get pretty hectic.

I should be able to give no stars!!! I am soooo upset right now. I’m literally SICK. This is my second time coming here for my eyebrows. The first time was good so I returned a second time. I am livid. When I went in the back for my eyebrows, I told the lady «just a clean up, I like them thick» she said ok. My eyebrows are super thin. The thinnest I’ve had them probably since 2004, when I was 15. When I looked in the mirror, my heart dropped to my stomach. I said nooooooo. She said «what? I cleaned them up» I said nooooo this was no cleanup these are way too thin. Oh and this was all after she insulted me saying I look like a man because I didn’t want her to wax my top lip which IS NOT hairy by the way (seriously). When I went out front to the guy who takes the money, I told him I was unhappy and he basically kicked me out. I said wow could I have an apology or something. I just wanted to feel some empathy. I told him it will take a month for my eyebrows to grow back. No empathy, no apology. They made me feel like I was wrong for being unhappy. Never again! I hate a business who isn’t empathetic to the customer and I was not rude at all. It’s so crazy how they’re so up ur ass when they want ur money but as soon as you’re unhappy they treat u like shit on their shoe. my face my eyebrow

Love, love, love this place! First time going, I’m new to the area so I was worried about finding a place I would like and I hit jackpot on my first try!
Also prices were great! No complaints at all!

I am going to say that I love the way they do my nails. I have been going to this place faithfully since moving into the south philly area. The only reason this place did not get five stars from me is because I have experienced two times going there that my eyebrows have been left burnt because their wax is way too hot. The first time the girl did not even say anything, I did not realize until I got home trying to figure out why my eyebrows were still burning. The second occasion I was just finished all together. They will always get my business regarding my nails but that is about it. Never will they be able to touch my eyebrows ever again.

$ 25 for a mani/​pedi, Mon-​Wed. Annie is my favorite! Don’t go to here if you’re in a rush though. She is very thorough and spends time grooming and painting each individual nail. Not the best looking place, but it’s the best mani/​pedi for the price!

Six months later and I am in this place every week. I constantly get compliments on my eyebrows, and Lucy is the sweetest person. I love her. Like, I want to hug her when she’s finished. lol
I have forsaken all other naileries even though this one is not as convenient as it used to be since I moved.
