You don’t have to search anymore! Your Mother Nature designed and hand-​made products are here. Our first brick-​and-​mortar store is dedicated to your health and peace of mind. Nothing you touch in this store is artificial. We just take natural «juices» and mix them to form artisanal pieces of art. They are not only beautiful, but also utilitarian and healthy. We don’t use any artificial preservatives. We don’t use dangerous chemical processes. We only use our hands and hearts to give you what’ s best in human nature — love. Love incarnated in small pieces of natural, colorful and aromatic material. Your skin will tell you the difference. Just try it and you will be amazed!

This is not all.

All products are freshly made by us. Just behind the wooden back door of the store there is an artisanal studio where we make our products. Everything you see on the shelves has been made on the premises of the store. Nothing has been shipped from overseas or far away. It is local, truly local and made by your fellow nature loving Philadelphians.

History

Established in 2013.

SoapBox is an offspring of our other company — Holistic Home LLC (The Best of Philly 2014 award in the green cleaning category). It offers green cleaning services and chemical-​free cleaning products that are hand made with common, nontoxic ingredients paired with essential oils. They are biodegradable, therefore environmentally friendly. In fact, they all come from nature: they are derived from plants and minerals.

Holistic Home’s products are customized to fit your household’s needs; we mix supplies to match particular surfaces in your house.

We all owe it to Mother Nature to start taking good care of her and her bountiful fruits that we take too often for granted. We owe it to ourselves to stop treating our bodies to chemicals used in simplest of activities, like cleaning our houses with commercial cleaners that are filled with toxins. We have to protect and prolong what’s most important — the Life: our, others’, and the planet as a whole.

Business Owner

Ginger has always been passionate about health, always paying attention to food, cosmetics, air — anything that gets under your skin. She loves to spread the message that by using less we get more (benefits). She is an avid cleaner, her company, Holistic Home has won the Best of Philly 2014 in the green cleaning category, which is a huge accomplishment in such a big city as Philadelphia. She has always been skeptical about commercial cleaners, cosmetics and soaps. She decided to educate the public through opening the SoapBox store, where she sells products that are not only handmade in the store, but also made using only natural ingredients.
