Had wonderful service especially on Christmas Eve. The man was very knowledgeable and kind I loved my service and would recommend it to anyone. It is a small hole in the wall, but it has everything you truly need from vapes to hookah to cigars and much more.

I have come here twice for a cigar. The first time was to celebrate my friend finishing his MCATs. The second time was because a friend was visiting.
I’m not a big cigar smoker but the guys here gave great recommendations. We walked to Rittenhouse square and smoked the stogies in the park at night. It was so beautiful.
Don’t be afraid to ask for recommendations. They can also give you matches for free when you make your purchase.

This is a hole in the wall — a pretty small place with one shelf of cigars. The guy who works here is extremely friendly and personable. He was glad to offer suggestions for first timers and people with specific requests in our party. Closes late on weekends so definitely grab a cigar and call it a night in Rittenhouse Square. It’s the way to go.

How this guy stays in business is beyond me. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever come across.
The thing is in order for someone to talk smack back to me, I would expect them to have some sort of knowledge and product to back it up.

Dude working the store was on point! He was friendly and took his time to explain things to us cigar rookies. He helped us out in picking a good beginner cigar and I enjoyed it. They also had a nice selection of hookah goods. We also picked up some of theose E-​hookah sticks. Pretty good.
