Scott Laughlin – Prudential Fox and Roach Realtors

We were fortunate enough to meet Scott Laughlin when he was representing a house we looked at in Elkins Park. We did not yet have a realtor and were so impressed with Scott’s down-​to-​earth approach that we asked him to be our agent. Our timeline was short and Scott stepped up to the plate. I have no idea how he managed to find the homes he did for us to see.
What amazed me the most was Scott’s ability to fine tune the information we gave him as to what we were looking for in a home — and we had quite a few requirements. As we went through houses, he worked with us to refine what we really wanted and needed. We were still thinking big family, though we were about to be empty nesters.
Scott found us a home in the area we wanted with every feature we desired (not exaggerating). We loved the house as soon as we walked in. Scott was an excellent negotiator and was on top of every detail through to closing on the house. His services did not stop with the closing. We spoke to Scott many times about the area (we moved here from a different state) and his suggestions and recommendations.
We love our home, are very happy we found Scott and recommend him highly.

Scott is an outstanding agent — smart, knowledgeable, ethical, patient, and relentless on behalf of his clients’ interests. I cannot recommend him highly enough, and will send friends and clients to him without reservation.
We engaged him before moving to Philly from Seattle, and we knew very little about the area. He showed us dozens of homes across the region before we found one that was perfect, and we never felt pressured by Scott.
He is a gem.
