A trip here from the city I feel is definitely worth it. I don’t care much for the mall itself, but luckily Off 5th has its own back entrance so just visiting here and perhaps a few other select stores is easy. First of all, I was very impressed with the new renovations. The space was cleaner, brighter and more organized than it’s ever been. I’ve been coming here for probably 15 years or so. I ALWAYS do good here. Maybe a tad too good if you ask my husband. Or don’t actually. He hasn’t seen yesterday’s purchases yet! haha Sportswear :The workout section was adorable! A good selection of Cute sports bras, printed running capris and muscle tees with fun sayings on them for just $ 15. Bought a few and I love them! Sunglasses: There’s a nice variety of designer sunglasses. Ray Ban, Tory Burch, Wild Fox Couture and Mui Mui just to name a few. Ranging anywhere from $ 59 to about $ 125. My only gripe is that they don’t all come with cases. You won’t know if yours does until you pay for them at the register. Children’s: I always love the kids clothes here! In fact that was the sole reason for my visit yesterday. I come here for our more special outfits and occasions. Dresses from $ 30-$ 60 you won’t see any other kids wearing. A clearance section too with items as low as $ 10! Burberry swimsuits, Toms shoes for $ 35. Not all clothes are high end labels, but definitely more special than the run of the mill children’s shops. Shoes: I grab all of my Havaiana’s for entire summer here for just $ 20! All prints and patterns. I didn’t really check out all of the shoes yesterday as I was a Mama on a mission, but you used to be able to get some great deals and designers here! Bags: I saw some truly great bags. Trendy ones for the season as well as travel bags including Le Sport Sac & Betsey. No Chanel or Prada, but some great deals. Jewelry: I found some awesome necklaces! Hamsas and horns like I have been searching for at a fraction of the price most boutiques and online shops want. $ 30 is a steal for one of the long layering necklaces nowadays and they have some really unique ones! Clothes: Everything you need from lace bralettes for $ 30 to Hanky Panky panties to dresses for cocktail parties and weddings and special blouses, jeans and casual wear. All & all I think it’s truly great store. I love the thrill of the search. I mean anyone can go into a regular store and buy something right off the rack, but here you can really search for great bargains and treasures no one else will ever have. I honestly think that’s half the fun! I NEVER leave here disappointed.

This store used to have it all, great styles, good variety and better discounts than the adjacent Neiman Marcus. But, recently everything changed. They no longer carry the high end, designer clothing and shoes. Now, everything they sell is Macy’s/TJMax labels. I used to be able to find shoes like Prada, Weitzman, Jimmy Choo, now they carry Steve Madden at best. There is no longer a reason to drive out there.

Hidden gem in Northeast Philly. I am speaking for the guy’s stuff, but man oh man what a selection. Good mix of classics and funky, with plenty to try on for all shapes and sizes. True that It is still pricey for an outlet, but we are talking some very high end /mainstream designer duds here as well as a nice selection of newer, harder to find labels as well. The Saks private label is also quite good, and generally available in a wide range of sizes. Try and get them during their clearances — I have scored Cole Haan shoes for under 50 bucks, Rag & Bone button down for $ 20, and a great Theory blazer /pants for about $ 120. Pricey for clothing? Maybe, but everything here is well-made and their sales staff is friendly and non-pushy. The Neiman’s outlet is right next door, but Saks has a better selection. BONUS: Coupons galore.

Spacious location. Most of the sections are pretty organized which is nice for a change especially for a location this size. Prices are great and sometimes I will find hidden gems here.
