Purchased hardware here in February 2014. Dealt with James Sneddon. I purchased several cabinet pules and electrical outlets. Turns out a GFI outlet went bad and needed to be replaced. I called and spoke directly to James Sneddon 7 separate occasions beginning on May 23, 2014. Each time he promised me that the outlet would be replaced and mailed directly to me. Each time nothing happened. My last conversation with him was heated and confrontational. He still has not sent the outlet. It’s a shame that an independent store like this would provide such horrible service. I went out of my way to deal with an independent hardware store but I was sadly very sadly disappointed. I would never purchase anything from them going forward.
