Rockland Nails

I visited Rockland Nails after my former nail salon artist up and moved way across town. The owner of this salon’s daughter also used to do my nails so I kept the number in my phone. So when my nail artist left I called the number hoping to reconnect but the mother answered advising her daughter no longer does nails. So I decided to give her a chance and get my nails done. The shop appeared dingy and empty but I just assumed it was because of the time I visited which was early afternoon on a Friday. The first visit was ok, however when I went back 3 weeks later to get a gel refill I started noticing the polish was chipping. So when my next day off rolled around I drove back to her shop to show her the three nails in need of attention. She immediately became hostile telling me I messed up the nails. Huh, I said lady are you kidding me? As I have been getting gel nails for over a year, chipping rarely happens. And if it does normally nail salon’s do not have an issue with repairing the nails. Not this lady she tried to run me out of her store. I advised she had lost a customer. I want to advise others to stay clear of this nail place, don’t waste your money or patronize this business.
