History

Established in 2008.

Charlotte, Carmen, and Zach, had spent decades working for organizations that were bound by traditional beauracracy and outmoded hierarchical practices that led to lowered company wide productivity, less impactful results for clients, and a decreased morale amongst employees. Tired of watching their own innovation slip through the cracks, they took a leap of faith and left their jobs, to follow their passion.

They collaborated together to create Red Kite Project. They vowed to provide «consulting with a conscience,» that would not only increase organizational profitability, but help their clients to break through old structures and thinking that hold them back. They wanted to craft an experience that would assist organizations and individuals to rise above their greatest challenges to reach their full potential in life. Helping organizations to increase productivity, while aiding their employees to lead more fulfilling lives is the true passion of the Red Kite Project team.
