I have been here several times in the past and they always, always, always return a beautifully sparkling car with a meticulous cleaning given to the interior. On my last visit, they even returned an item of value that I didn’t even know I lost.

EXTREMELY IMPRESSED my car is absolutely spotless and I brought it in looking absolutely disgusting. I got the $ 100 interior package… definitely recommend and they have excellent customer service. Just give them time to do their amazing job especially if your car is very dirty, because they will work until it’s perfectly clean. Definitely coming back here!!!

this place is unreal!!! we had an suv that was ruined from 3 children and they made it look brand new in several hours! absolutely amazing. i recommend this place to everyone!!!

We had read decent reviews for this place, so we went to the shop over the weekend to get a silver wash package ($ 80 in value). I must say that the person did a horrible job cleaning our car, and in the process broke our door handle and also scratched the hood. When we came back to collect our, we were told stories about how our handle was broken and was glued which came out when the person tried cleaning the door. When we protested, the employee connected us to the owner who rudely told us that we were flat lying and have no proof that our handle was intact before we left the car (pro tip: get a photograph of everything before you leave your car in their hands). While coming back, we also noticed that the paint on the hood had been chipped off at many places (in the middle, which can’t be due to roadside gravel or anything.)
I would not recommend this place to anyone. They might do a good job cleaning your car, but actually they are very rude and routinely damage your car. If you still want to take the risk, then you are welcome but I would stay away from them.

Ruben was awesome — great customer service and didn’t try to upsell. My 2001 benz was in dire need of waxing and serious buffing. The results exceeded my expectations; absolutely no scratches, and my headlights are crystal clear, too. My car looks gorgeous again. Thrilled, and will be back!

The people here were very accommodating even during a very busy day. They even let me choose the TV channel when I came back early.
My interior mini detail had my car looking spotless. After you come here 4 times you get a free detail. I’ll definitely be coming back again.

I needed to have my interior cleaned because the seats had been stained. Called up and got an appointment the next day. I was told that the cleaning would take about 3 to 4 hours. When I took the car in, I was promptly greeted by Ruben, and we went over the entire car and I pointed out the trouble spots. He was very kind and cheerful, and said the car would look as good as new when he was done. He wasn’t lying. Approximately 3 hours later I returned and was amazed at the quality of work. They did an exceptional job and exceeded my expectations of how clean it could get. I would recommend this business to anyone looking to treat their car to a proper cleaning, inside and out.

PLR Auto Spa is just exceptional! There is no other place I will bring my car to get detailed. I have been here twice and will continue to come back as a pleased customer!
Both experiences were professional, extremely centered around customer service, attention to detail on the vehicle, and overall consideration to me and my desires for my vehicle.
I purchased a «Silver» package for my 2008 Grey 4 Door Sedan Honda Accord for both cleanings. The «Silver» is 80 dollars for a small car/​sedan. They charge more if one has a large car/​SUV. Either way, I consider it reasonable and worth it for the job they do!
Now one probably wouldn’t baby a Honda but I do! I love it when my car is clean and pristine. Such a feeling! It just might mean I’m a car person and particular about my vehicle?!
Nonetheless, I cannot speak more highly of this business and the overall service they provide!
The gentleman, Ruben, who detailed my car both times was just pleasant and wonderful! He was so kind and professional! He has a great demeanor about him and that could be said for everyone I’ve interacted with at this establishment. Shout out to Max and Mark as well!
One thing I love is when you either drop off your car or pick it up, they make sure to go over the vehicle to point out things to work on or areas of special attention. They really take pride in their work and make sure to rise to the level of satisfaction that YOU, the customer, are happy with!
For me, I’m sooooo particular about my windows and Ruben did a great job! I never want to see a streak on my windows and he achieved it!
One added bonus, they have a loyalty card program where if you come 4 times the 5^th is free. Which is great! Even more of reason to come back!
Overall, I give this place 10 out of 10 stars and recommend this business to anyone and everyone! You will not be disappointed!

I had been waiting all winter to get my car detailed, and I wasn’t disappointed. It was like getting back a brand new car. Super-​clean and sparkling, inside and out. They were so friendly, warm, and most important, professional. They called when they said they would when my car was finished.
I’m not going to wait so long next time. It makes a huge difference how you feel about your car, and it’s so easy to do. I will definitely be going back to the auto spa next time (even though I live on the other side of the city, but it was worth it.).

My car was so dirty inside and outside since it hadn’t been cleaned in over a year. I decided last minute that I couldn’t take it anymore and called PLR about 2 hours before they closed to see if they could squeeze me in. They were super accommodating and said they could take me immediately.
I dropped my car off, and about an hour and a half later it was all finished. It looked brand new again. They even removed and bagged my personal belongings so they could clean inside the storage spaces. I was very impressed by the great service and attention to detail, and was happy not to have to do it myself.
I’ll be back for sure!

Let me start by saying they do an excellent job with the detailing! I got an interior detailing and my car was sparkling! They even washed the outside too, as a courtesy! Great work. Definitely will be returning.
The Sequence of events:
1. I originally wanted a weekend appointment but was told that they booked up quickly and a weekday would be better. okay, no prob! i made a 9 o’clock appointment for tuesday.
2. They open at 8:30 so i got there a little early. dropped the car off around 8:50 and was told they would call me when they were finished.
3. hours and hours went by and it was like 2 o’clock and still no call. i decided to give them a call myself and they said sorry for the wait it would be about another 30 – 45 minutes.
4. I get there around 3 and he was putting the finishing touches on it. They even did the outside just because he took so long.
5. the guy apologized and said they had a bunch of other cars ahead of me (which i was okay with since i didn’t have anywhere else to be that day)
Overall this place is great, and its close to where i live so thats a total plus! they also have luxury rentals too which is nice! Needless to say even though it was an all day job ill still be returning to get my other cars detailed!

Had another great experience with PLR AutoSpa last week Friday! The guys are friendly and professional, they take you to work & pick you up, and they really take care of your vehicle. Just recommended them twice by word of mouth within the past week — sign up for the website so you get updates and deals. Highly recommended for any busy professional who (like me) lives in their vehicle! They are worth every penny!

I had been looking around for an auto detailer in the Center City area. Settled on PLR after checking the prices, reading reviews, and giving them a call. Spoke to Ruben, who was friendly and informative. I called in the morning and they were able to see my car that same afternoon. I purchased the car recently and the old owner didn’t think much of the interior. There were stains on the carpet, crumbs on every surface, and coffee stains on the radio. It was generally in bad shape. I drove over at 1pm, letting them know I’d need it back at 4:30pm. They weren’t running any interior specials when I arrived, but they were more than willing to honor the Unilocal coupon.
I was greeted by a clean looking facility with some gorgeous cars outside (including a Bentley and an S4). I stepped in and Ruben was there to shake my hand. We talked about the car, then we walked outside to go over the car and the problem spots. I was really looking to shampoo the neglect out of the carpet. I handed over the keys and headed out.
I returned to a transformation. After only a light wash and wax, the outside was gleaming. The inside was amazing! The carpets were cleaned, it smelled fresh, all the interior surfaces were spotless. Some stains were permanent and they tried their hardest, but the car looked a hundred times better. I was blown away! This was some of the best money I have spend on a car. It felt (almost) new again, like 5 years had been lifted off the age. And that it all done by the time they said they would.
So with that, I’ll be back the next time around.
TL;DR Found a great detailer who did an awesome job for a very affordable price.

Exceptional quality and service at this car detailer. I’ve been searching for a good detail place downtown and this place definitely earned its reviews. Reuben performed a walk through with me before and after (obviously very proud of his work).
I had the exterior detail package done. My car is 9 years old. He was able to remove the brake dust and after the clay bar detail, the paint feels as smooth as the day I bought it.

This was a great spot to have my car detailed. The staff was extremely friendly.
Positives:
— good handshake and a feeling of trust to start and end my experience. Simple, but means a lot to me.
— trusted them with my car (even though it was a Mazda 3. Ha)
— prompt finish
— they appreciated my tip ($ 25)
Negatives:
— too goo at what they do.

They will take you to work and pick you up at the end of the day. And, everyone I dealt with was incredibly nice. More importantly, though, my car looks amazing. It looks so much better I had trouble finding it in the parking lot at the grocery store!
The only thing that wasn’t perfect is that there was a bit of streaking on my dash. Nothing I couldn’t easily wipe away, though.

I took my honda civic to be detailed and it was a very good experience! My car looked brand new. Brittany the woman in charge of setting appointments was very nice. I would most likely come back although it’s a hike from my house :/​. My only complaint is that there was some wax left on my drivers side mirror. Just a minor thing to many but I’m very anal when it comes to my car. I will most likely bring my acura and vw to get detailed in the future.

Quick, clean, and located right off the highway, PLR Autospa will satisfy all of your spontaneous «hey-​a-​check-​in-​special-​I-​MUST-​CONSUME» impulses as long as those impulses involve cleaning mud out of your car.
The place is within easy walking distance of a wide variety of coffee shop and shopping options so you can accomplish work or errands while your car is becoming clean.
The interior mini detail seems to include everything I’d want. My car sparkled inside and out after 2.5 hours of treatment. Too bad a squadron of birds left poop pancakes all over my car for me to find in the morning after PLR did such a great job. Damn you, nature. Thwarted again.
