HELP OUT: Ploome has heart. We provide programming and financial support to REQ.1, our sister non-profit organization and studio partner. REQ.1 empowers victims of violence to transcend trauma and heal through movement and art. Every Ploome class you take supports a REQ.1 participant!

Christina S.
Business Owner
A university educator, victim advocate, and trauma survivor, Christina created Ploome and REQ.1 to promote mindfulness and balanced living through physical activity, self-expression, and community connections. Every day, she shares her passion for healing through movement and art and for building creative communities dedicated to personal transformation and social change. Christina is a Pilates mat and apparatus, Piloxing, and Hoopnotica instructor and a Beyond Barre master trainer who utilizes her health and wellness education to support the gender-based violence outreach community.
