Pretzels and pretzel dogs are always consistent. The staff is nice and its a perfect treat on a football Sunday.

If you want to know what heaven smells like go here. I love soft pretzels and this place delivers! Soft chewy pretzels with just the right amount of salt. Nice selection of dips but my favorite is the cinnamon. Party trays are a hit no matter what you’re celebrating and inexpensive too. Only drawback to this location is the parking lot which I avoid and park on a side street.

Very disappointed with this location. I’ve lived in the community for 13 years and go there about once a month. I also frequent Pretzel Factory locations in Abington. Well because I didn’t have enough stamps from their location on my «free pretzel after 10 stamps» card. I was denied a free pretzel. Really? Is that how you do?

A friendly PPF with prompt service and a clean ambiance. Has plenty of diagonal parking to the right of the store. Enjoyed my quick visit for quality(and reasonably priced!) pretzels. Will return if I am in the area!

Great pretzels at a great location. I found the staff courteous and most important the store was very clean. Much better then 7 – 11 and sure beats the day of buying pretzels from a guy on a corner.

These places are very hit and miss with every product they sell. Hit: Regular soft pretzels, pretzel dogs(although sometimes they could be dry-ish), various dipping sauces. Miss: Any other specialty pretzel. I’ve tried most of them and the Cheesesteak pretzel and the Buffalo Chicken pretzel are the worst. The pretzel is dried out, flavorless and has no salt. The filling? Also nothing special. With the cheesesteak, there’s little to no cheese. So what’s the point? At least the steak tastes somewhat like steak. But the chicken? Tastes nothing like chicken. It’s just gross mush. It doesn’t even really have buffalo sauce in it. They should call those things steak pretzel, and chicken mush pretzel since neither have cheese nor buffalo sauce… or just stop selling them all together. Pretzels are my favorite food. Pretzel Factory delivers on the good pretzels, as long as you order the basics.
