The tour was excellent and the ride so much fun! Kevin, our guide, was patient while I learned. (I was the slowest in the class.) He made us all feel welcome and appreciated. Great time and worth the price!

We’d never ridden Segways before, and it was our first time visiting Philadelphia. We have 2 teenagers, 15 & 17. They gave us a good training session, and all of us were real comfortable operating them in pretty short order. The equipment was in good shape, and they used Wallis talkies for the guide to talk to us on the tour.
Our guide, Mike, did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable about Philly, it’s history & cultural events, as well as entertaining — even enough for teenagers!
We did the 2-​hour, 10 mile tour. It was fascinating and a great way to see the city. I highly recommend them, and would do the tour again when we come back.

Our group of seven ranging from 13 to 65 were all novices. (well the kids did have some hoverboard experience). It was fantastic! Their 30 minute training got all up and going in good order. Our trip included DC and NYC — we pretty much all agreed this was the highlight and one of the most reasonably priced!

What a great time, my boyfriend and I did a tour of our own city thanks to groupon. Barry was a great tour guide. I was nervous at first but Barry was so easy and made me feel secure. We had a great time and would do it again.

My entire family had the BEST time on our tour from Phily by Segway! Ben met our group and helped to train us before we began the tour. He took his time with each of us (there were 6 of us), until we all felt comfortable enough to «glide.» Ben then used our walkie-​talkies to give a VERY thorough tour of the city and took great pictures of us. Before going on the tour, my mom was terrified of going on the segways, but by the end she didn’t want to stop! Thank you Ben for a very memorable family experience!

This was the best way to tour the city! I was originally very hesitant and afraid I wouldn’t be able to handle the segway properly. But, Ben, our tour guide, was fantastic. He was extremely patient and managed to address everyone’s needs beautifully. Inaddition, his knowledge of the city, it’s history and landmarks, made the tour that much more special. Great job Ben!

My wife and I had never ridden a segway before so we were a little nervous. Our guide, Ben, was amazing. He was very patient with us as we wobbled through the basics. Early in the tour we encountered a rather impatient driver. Ben handled it like a pro and didnt let it phase him at all. He was very knowledgeable about the city and gave a great tour. We would recommend this tour to anyone, even beginers. It was one of the best parts of of trip to philly.

Had so much fun on the 2 hour segway tour today with Ben! 3 generations riding together and all of us had a great time– from older adult to teenager. Loved that the tour covered so many miles of town and the coffee break was great too. If Ben’s grandmother is reading this, he is a fantastic tour guide. Very informative and entertaining. In addition he was very patient with my mother who was nervous about riding the segway for the first time. He made her feel safe and helped her get the hang of it very quickly. I am very glad we used this company rather than the competitor! I highly recommend this tour.

Great experience for a first time segway ride, especially for those visiting Philly for the first time… or even to get out of the highly touristy areas.
The Segways were easy to ride and operate after the quick safety demo and test drive we received. Friendly staff. The tour guide, Eric, was entertaining, and his assistant made navigating the busy streets seem rather not so hectic or scary.

My boyfriend and I did a tour here today. We came to philly for the weekend and had never ridden on segways. There was a groupon for $ 62.00 for two people to do a 2 hour tour, and so we went for it. Our tour guide was Owen and we had a great time!
Great things: Owen was super friendly. I loved his energy and we felt very safe with him. We were able to try the segways during a mini training and it was really easy for us to pickup. Loved seeing all the sites, we covered a ton of places in an hour.
Okay things: The actual content of the tour, wasn’t much. It was a little scattered and didn’t have a ton of depth. However, 90% of this tour is seeing cool parts of the city and being on a segway, which I would totally do again.
It’s a good company and I recommend tours with them. I can imagine during a beautiful summer, it’s probably even better.

We live about 1 hour from Philly and had an international guess living with us for 4 months. Two days before he went home we wanted to take him (19yrs) and our son (21yrs) out for a fun day in the city. This was so fun! We took the 1 hour tour (4 of us in our group + 2 other people) and our guide was ADAM. He was SOOO funny and told us a lot about the city we never knew. Learning the Segway was very easy. After the first 10 mins you feel right at home on it. If I had to do it all over again I would have done it on a less cold of a day. The wind was brutal — but the tour was worth every penny!!! We will be coming back in the warmer months to do the 2 hour tour:)

Just had a great 2 hour tour with 8 of my family. Great staff and great location. Learned allot about the city and the history of the people and statues. It’s really easy to learn, you pick it up in no time, no worries. Our tour guide Barry did a great job of keeping us straight in the city, thanks.
