Don’t go here if you don’t have 5 plus hrs to spare. I went in for a battery and the next day my cigarette lighters didn’t work. Went to tire plus and found out the guy broke my aux wire that hooks up to the battery. He is very fair skin. medium build. This place sucks and it’s sad for mechanics that are actually good at what they do.

Exceptional service, although the wait was rather long it ensured me that they took the extra time to throughly inspect the vehicle and found I had a bolt in my rear drivers side tire. I will be returning in the future. Walter is the best! He kept me up to speed with where they were at with my car and made sure everything was taken care of.

After a disgruntled letter to corporate headquarters I was contacted promptly by the Service Mngr Jeff Leake. He allowed to vent my frustrations and also gave a partial refund for $ 60 off the $ 260 I paid to get my steering pump replaced. I just hate that I had to resort to a complaint to receive proper customer service.

Made an appointment for a 10:00 state inspection and was in and out in 30 minutes (despite a line of walk in patrons) thanks to De’von. He and the rest of the Pep Boys staff were professional and courteous and made sure I understood the entire inspection process. I’ll definitely be back!
