Meet the Business Owner
Sean M.
Business Owner
Sean founded PeopleMetrics in 2000 and has been the President since the company’s inception. Sean has over 15 years of experience in employee research, market research and business strategy.
Earlier in his career, Sean spent five years at The Gallup Organization where he was the practice leader of Gallup’s consulting division.
Currently, Sean is responsible for all aspects of PeopleMetrics strategy and day-to-day operations. He is the architect of all online reporting tools and continues to work closely with several long-standing clients, including Microsoft, Morgan Stanley and Wharton.
Sean holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration with a specialization in marketing from Temple University in Philadelphia. He has published six articles in peer reviewed scholarly journals and has taught over 25 marketing classes. In his spare time, Sean enjoys running (including three marathons), cooking, spending time with his wife and playing with his sons Benjamin and Henry.
