Party City

Horrible store with horrible employees. My sister ordered some balloons from here in advance for my mums surprise birthday party. We went to pick them up the day of the party and they tried to tell my sister that she never ordered them because they couldn’t find their copy of the receipt. My sister showed them her copy of the receipt and they still gave us a hard time. The employees were EXTREMELY rude and one of them was supposed to be the assistant manager. She tried to tell us that we had to wait like an hour. I explained to her that the party was starting an 30 minutes and we needed the balloons right away and that it wasn’t our fault they lost our order. She was very unprofessional and stated that it wasn’t her problem that the party was starting in 30 minutes and that we had to wait. I ended up calling the store manager and corporate to file a complaint about her. We ended up getting the order in about 15 – 20 minutes. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!

If you’re having a theme party, this is a Good place to go. You’ll find items here that would be impossible to find anywhere else… granted some items (costumes, masks) are cheaply made and look highly flammable
