Fairly quick, reasonably priced Chinese food. It’s not going to rock your world, but you’ll get a decent lunch with plenty of seating.

I got the fried rice/veggie/orange chicken meal and it was so bland and didn’t even have flavor. I would recommend Master Wok in Liberty Place or the Chinese cart on the corner of 18th and Market.

Went here for lunch yesterday, spent approx $ 9 for a 2 entrée, 1 side meal and a drink. I ended up tossing it and getting a Smoothie from Smoothie King. I wasn’t thrilled with the food at all. Everything was bland. No flavor in the steamed veggies, the beef and broccoli or the salt and pepper chicken. I veered away from the breaded items, so maybe that’s where all the flavor resides. Won’t be going back. :(

I ventured over to Panda in the Comcast building yesterday for lunch. I gotta tell you, I WASINTHEBATHROOMALLDAY. I may have gotten a bad batch of beijing or orange chicken because I was sick for the rest of the day. I couldn’t even finish an email without running to the bathroom. Although I typically like their food, that was my last visit to Panda Express.

Surprised at the rave reviews for this place. Meh… Fast-food style Chinese??? The food, already prepared, is kept hot under heat lamps and/or gas/hot water underneath. So, depending on when you get there, the food could be fresh, or not so fresh. The food definitely doesn’t look the most appetizing. And the taste… like fast-food Chinese. Your corner Chinese place which makes things to order tastes better than this. But if you’ve got to have Chinese in under 5 minutes from ordering to eating, this might be your place. BTW the spicy mustard packets they have are pretty good.

Panda Express is one of my go to lunch options. They have by far the best Chinese food in Center City. It’s always fresh and not too greasy. They serve alot of customers and do so very fast while always maintaining excellent customer service. Every time I go all of the workers are pleasant and courteous which leaves me walking away with a smile, a giant soda to power me through the afternoon, and some great tasting Chinese food.

I had a party for 11 people and had Panda Express cater it. We ordered 2 Panda Feasts and a tray of 12 Veggie spring rolls. The food arrived hot, fresh and on time. Jay — the manager and Rob — who delivered the food — were great to work with and even gave us additional side orders of Fried Rice and Noodles — so we had ample food. The Honey Walnut Shrimp was a big hit. We also got Chicken & Broccoli and Beef & Broccoli for«safe» choices. Everyone enjoyed the food — and the price was withing my budget. I will definitely use them again. I am so amazed at how good this«fast food» Chinese is — especially when they cook it fresh to order.
