Oxford Circle Family Medicine

I am so disappointed with this office. I changed my dad’s doctor to someone near my house, so I could take him based on Unilocal reviews! I called the office and asked them if I can make an appointment because my dad needs to see a doctor. They said, oh just called the insurance and change the doctor we will give you an appointment for next day as soon as that’s done. I called the insurance and changed the doctor. I called them back to make an appointment and they couldn’t schedule one until he had a card even though the doctor was already updated in the insurance companies records. I understood. Now I call to make an appointment after he got the card and because he is really sick. They are like, oh, we don’t see first time patients until the end of the month. Its only the 9^th. What the hell!!! He is a senior citizen and his insurance isn’t accepted everywhere! If she had told me about this waiting period when I first called, I would’ve at least kept the same doctor!!!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Pasternak for years now and by far I believe that of all of my past doctors he really Care about me and my well being! I would suggest his as a doctor!!!

I love these doctors. They actually care about you. They may complain about not making a lot of money, but they realize that it is not about money. Medicine is about helping people. They suggested that I start taking fish oil. I am not a believer in supplements, but I must say that the fish oil has really helped with my medical condition. My favorite is Dr. Pasternack who has a great sense of humor. He needs a sense of humor to treat me. If you want a doctor who cares about you call Oxford Circle.
