Established in 1962.

Our firm was established in 1962. The lawyers, Albert Ominsky, Andrew Ominsky, Douglas Ominsky and Charles McCuen have over one hundred years combined experience. The firm has represented Fortune 500 companies, medium sized businesses, small businesses and thousands of individuals. We have successfully prosecuted cases ranging from class actions to small claims in the trial and appellate courts.
