NovaCare Rehabilitation

So fantastic. Justin is great– conscientious, compassionate, and very very knowledgable. I had vestibular rehab with him for a concussion and it was incredibly hard at first, but worked wonders. He’s great.

To be honest, at first I was really bummed that my insurance only covered NovaCare. I hadn’t heard the best things about the company as a whole. Justin totally changed my mind! I highly recommend going to see him if you are in pain or in need of PT. He was incredibly helpful and patient. I had been told NovaCare jammed tons of patients in at the same time and no one ever received individual attention but I never felt that way. Justin even took the time to recommend exercises related to an activity (yoga) that I enjoy rather than just the boring usual exercises (but I did those too). The staff in the office was always friendly and they were always accommodating with appointment and scheduling.
I’m glad I don’t need PT anymore but if I did I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I had my left knee replaced in September and was sent to Nova Care within days of coming home. Justin is the best therapist I have ever worked with. I had my other knee replaced 9 years ago and the therapy did not progress as well as it has this time with Justin. He doesn’t depend on machines to do the work but teaches you exercises you can do at home too. I would refer anyone to this office. Nicole at the front desk is cheerful and friendly and was very helpful when we ran into an insurance issue.

I haven’t had any surgeries or injuries or anything. Instead I’ve just had this awful shoulder/​back/​arm pain for as long as I can remember. A doctor finally told me I’d be an idiot if I didn’t try physical therapy.
I’ve been going since July and in the last three months, Justin has improved my day-​to-​day life dramatically. Justin doesn’t just prescribe a canned set of exercises. He is extremely receptive to what’s going on in my arm and adjusts as needed. It was amazing finding someone not just willing to help, but who made me feel like we are in this together.
So yeah, I highly recommend NovaCare in Northern Liberties. I’m not exaggerating when I say they changed my life for the better.

Justin is dedicated and constantly helping you improve and move forward. He’s knowledgable, attentive and personable. He made the stress of surgery recovery easier and was a partner in progress! Anyone looking for a hip repair should consider Justin at nova care.
