With over 25 years of marketing experience, Kate Maguire brings an unmatched fire and passion to her clients’ business. Always a strong believer in the value of market research, she left her long-​term partnership at a large advertising agency to follow her passion and formed her own market research and strategy company. Utilizing her creative background, she founded Motivation Mechanics based on a unique methodology of market research in an effort to get to the deep emotional elements that people really base their decisions upon. Kate has assembled a diverse core of talent who together form an ensemble cast of characters that make Motivation Mechanics what it is today. Kate is the trail blazer for a new market research methodology that produces right-​brain research results that provide endless value towards the success of our clients.
