I have been working out with Mike and Molly at Mint Condition Fitness for almost 3 years now. If you are looking for full service training, Mint Condition is the place to go. They will provide you with out of studio workouts to complete on your own on a weekly basis, numerous versions of diets or cleanses and modified workouts if you sustain any injuries from your out of studio activities/​life. They are not just there to help you lose weight as some may be, they are there to assist you in developing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle for yourself. They have always been very accomodating for me with my schedule which is a key thing for me. I have definitely benefitted from going to Mint Condition.
