History

Established in 1994.

From 1978 to 1981 I was an associate attorney at Sagot & Jennings. From 1981 to 1992 I was a named partner at Mozenter, Molloy & Durst. In 1994 I started my own law firm. Many of my injured plaintiffs are members of the nation’s largest and most prominent labor unions. They include The Pennsylvania State Education Association; The Teamsters’ including locals 107, 384, and 830; The Philadelphia Fraternal Order of Police; The Philadelphia Fire Fighters; The Philadelphia Building and Construction Trades, AFL-​CIO; and AFSCME (American Federation of State, City, and Municipal Employees.)
