Finally I have to make a complain about McDonald’s restaurants in America, especially this one. I’m from Hong Kong. I’ve come to the U.S. since 1997. I’ve been to numerous McDonald’s restaurants in the U.S. I’ve never seen more than 1% of employees include the managers that smile in front of customers and say«Thank You». They’re all unhappy, slow, inattentive & understaffed, but I’d never complained until now! I’ve been to this McDonald’s for 10+ times/month over years, but I look like a stranger to all of the employees & the managers. They’ve never smiled/said«Thank You» to customers. They always go outside the building to smoke & back in the kitchen without washing hands. All of the tables are dirty most of time. The store director«Bob» always sit in the dining room & do nothing! There are always flies all over in this McDonald’s. On Aug 20, 2015 at 10:18pm, they overcharged me. I spoke to a manager. She unhappily explained that the menu was not updated. She didn’t fix my receipt. I took a picture of the menu. The another manager«Andrew Markowicz» yelled at me. He said that I wasn’t allowed to take pictures. I explained to him that I was overcharged. He unhappily told me that he could give me 30 cents back. I didn’t take it, because I decided to call the McDonald’s Headquarters. I did not deserve that terrible customer service! On Aug 22, 2015, I called the McDonald’s Headquarters to complain. The store director«Bob» gave me a call. I explained to him. Unbelievably he didn’t even try to pay for the mistakes & the terrible customer service. He also told me that«he could only give me 30 cents back, because he only owed me 30 cents»! Really? What about tax? What about my entire terrible dining experience? He «MADLY» yelled at me. He said that he wasn’t going to fire anybody and told me to pick up my 30 cents. I’ve kept calling back to the Headquarters, but no one else has called me back yet!!! OVERPRICED!!! TERRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE!!! DIRTY!!!

Normally I don’t give such great reviews to fast food joints because if you eaten at one. You’ve eaten at them all. This one was different. Went in there for breakfast and the girl working the register offered to take me in the bathroom for a handy. Now I’m a Christian and don’t normally accept handjobs from complete strangers, but when she told me it was for charity… how could I say no? She took me into the men’s room and proceeded to give me the sloppiest HJ I’ve ever received. I mean, it was a mess! Thankfully this gal knew her stuff! She was not only cleaned me up, she even washed her hands before returning to work! The food was subpar at best, but the tug job was well worth the bland sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin. 5STARS!

Considerably better than the one on Columbus Blvd. The only thing I don’t like is the set-up for the drive thru window. Oddly, there is a split lane and you can use both lanes to order, but then the lanes merge back together before you get to the window to pay. It’s not smart. It needs to be two lanes all the way through the process, or just one. Fries are always hot and fresh with the right amount of salt. No complaints!

Went in at 8pm. Workers were telling each other stories about their school experience, cursing and calling each other names. Asked for a courtesy cup of water. «We don’t do courtesy cups no more.» «That doesn’t sound right. Is there someone I can speak to about this?» I ask them. «Yo. Can you tell him?» The teen call to her friend, who she was telling the story to. «You heard her. We don’t do give out cups anymore.»

WORST McDonalds location ever! They consistently mix up the order, went in there one time and they were out of smoothies, another time the play place was closed for NO reason, and now they give me a salad with no croutons, no tomatoes, fatty chicken. Once again I have wasted my money. I eat there sparingly(wouldn’t at all if it wasn’t next to my job). Sure, the fries are good. But aren’t they supposed to be? I would never give a 5 star rating somewhere because they serve what they are supposed to and other locations do just as good if not better.

Closest McDonald’s to my house and for some reason their McRibs outdo other locations. No complaints whatsoever.
