Let me be clear, I am giving 4-​stars only for Dr. Nagorsky. If I was assessing my entire experience, I’d have to rate it more in the 1.5−2.0 area…
The staff here were unbelievably unprofessional. They violated several HIPAA regulations by talking about other patients, their complaints, and their medications (loudly) in front of everyone in the waiting room. I also watched several employees talk smack on other employees when they left the room. I really almost walked out and left, except that I had already given them my copay.
Dr. Nagorsky renewed my faith in medical practices, though. He was more than nice, very talkative, and surprisingly down to earth. I felt that his exam was thorough and he gave me several options and plenty of advice.
If you need an ENT, try him out. Just be prepared to be frustrated in the waiting room.
