Lucky Goat is the best coffee shop I’ve been to in Philly. Their drink selection is unique and very well priced. The staff is undoubtedly some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet.

I only became a coffee buff after I left Philly, but in visiting for the weekend, I found myself in a neighborhood I didn’t used to visit. Not only is the coffee great and basically underpriced, I would say this is the kind of place that communities are built around.

This is a great little coffee shop! The atmosphere is comfortable, the staff is friendly, there is space to spread out and actually get some work done and most importantly, the coffee is great! I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quick cup or for somewhere to sit down and hang out!

The Lucky Goat is my favorite coffee shop in the neighborhood. Excellent coffee. Charming café… I particularly like the little room in the back. When the weather is nice, the outside furniture is nice. Great place to study or meet friends.

I stopped by here to kill some time to get a coffee before an appointment. I was very pleased to see that a quality coffee venue had moved to this part of town. That said, I don’t have much more to say at the moment. Until next time…

My favorite coffee shop in the whole neighborhood. I work from home, so I spend a lot of time in Fairmount’s coffee shops. Lucky Goat is the best by far. The staff is friendly and helpful. The bagels and pastries are delicious. Most importantly, the drinks are great and made with precision and care. The Lucky Goat is my go to. The vibe here is also really great. Good music and a low key, non-fussy atmosphere.

After a cycling race we took a jaunt over to the lucky goat. It was phenomenal! Lox cream cheese on an everything bagel and a large latte all for a steal… It was like $ 6.50!

What a great place! I’m not a huge fan of the bagels and cream cheese here, but the coffee specials are unique and service always so friendly.

Burst in this morning and got a fast cup of coffee in my travel mug and an astonishing pastry. The staff was friendly, the store front tidy, and peaceful. I will review again as soon as they have brought online the sandwiches. If their sammies are as great as their pastries, they’ll undoubtedly get another star.

This cute little café is a wonderful place to kill some time. It wasn’t particularly busy while I was there, and the quiet and sunny environment was perfect for getting some work done or just relaxing. From the advertisements on the wall, It looks like they have music events sometimes, which I’m sure is a lot of fun. I did take one star off because I had a lot of trouble understanding what exactly I was able to order. They seemed to have several drink menus scattered around without any kind of consistency, and no display showing food items and prices. This made my ordering experience a little fraught and I ended up wishing I had gotten one of the other drinks that I hadn’t noticed upon first pass. Take some time and look around before you make your order, and don’t be afraid to ask questions!

What a wonderful find! This café has such high-quality and delicious beverages. I keep coming back for the matcha green tea latte. It seriously tastes like heaven in a cup, truly a treat. The space inside is filled with comfy chairs, tables, etc; a nice place to bring a laptop and work. It’s quiet, and the staff are very pleasant and happy to help you.

By far my favorite coffee shop in Philly so far. Lucky Goat is the classic neighbor hood coffee shop. Their drink selection is standard but very well priced. The staff is undoubtedly some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. The part I like the most is the back area. They have a long dining room table and a few chairs to sit and talk or get work done. If you live in the Fairmount or Brewerytown area, definitely checkout Lucky Goat. IMO, it’s better than OCF and priced much better.

Cute and well managed small café with seven tables upfront and a big table in the back, friendly staff with a good smile. Soft quiet background music. Delicious pastries. Decent coffee.

Great bagels, nice people, good tea(I’m not a coffee person, but people who are say it’s good). The wireless connection is also very good. If you’re looking for a neighborhood coffee shop that pays attention to detail and cares about its customers, support these guys.

We love coming to Lucky Goat when we are in Philadelphia. Great coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Bagels are fresh and really good. It’s less expensive than other coffee places in the area with much higher quality — if you’re working it’s nice to sit in the back room.

I live right around the corner from Lucky Goat and make it a point to always stop in and get an iced latte. Their coffee/espresso is awesome! And the prices are really reasonable. If you can, make sure to try their bagels with veggie cream cheese; soooo good.

I stopped by for a cappuccino before work and this place was very clean and super cute too. I wish I had more time to spend here because it was cozy and a great place to study. The barista was very nice and made my coffee perfectly!

Great little coffee shop. Cute, cozy atmosphere. It’s easy to post up and get work done– a key to coffee shops that I love. There is lots of natural light and in the summer they have outside seating in the front as well as a smaller patio in the back. In the back there is a really large table so if there is room you can spread your wings and work! Staff is cool. There was one barista(woman) who was pretty unfriendly, thankfully she was only working 1 of the times I was there. The rest of my interactions with other staff have been great! Dranks: YUM! The«Lucky Goat» is a must try. Once I had it, I was hooked. The drip coffee is yummy too if you aren’t into spending the absurd amount of $ on a fancy drink. There other specialty drinks and teas look great too. There is one with rose in it and it was nice because you could actually taste the rose, vs some places have ‘cool’ ingredients but you can’t ever taste them– WHAT’S THEPOINTPEOPLE?! Food: Pastries are a good treat. And they have a nice selection of bagels with cream cheese too. Parking: non-metered street, and have never had an issue finding a spot that is close

Adorable little coffee shop on the corner. Really nice and helpful workers. Enjoyed there cappuccino they made me. They sell also bagels and different types of coffees. Limited and small space for seating. Love seeing Unilocal stickers on door fronts :)
