Judy graduated from Rutgers University School of Law in 1975. She has successfully

represented clients in signifigant injury cases for over 25 years, with a concentration in

medical negligence, birth injury, and wrongful death cases. She has held the highest

AV rating in Martindale-​Hubbell and the National Trial Lawyers lists her as one of the top 100 Trial lawyers. She has been recognized as one of the top litigators in her field. She is a member of the American Association of Justice, the Pennsylvania Association of Justice, the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, and the Philadelphia and Montgomery County Bar Associations. She has achieved substantial recoveries for her clients.
