With the exception of Dr. Langnier (sp?), who is just mean, the docs here are terrific… IF you can get in to see them. The office staff is terrible. You can never get through on the phone and you often can’t leave a message. When I have left a message for my prescriptions to be refilled… nothing. I’ve had my pharmacy try to contact them for refills… nothing. Once when Dr Langnier did call in my prescriptions, they were wrong! Seriously, find a smaller office where the staff and docs know who you are and care about you.

I would never recommend this office to my worst enemy. Dr. Langner is the worst of them all. She is dismissive and sarcastic and unhelpful. The office is NEVER available. They are either closed or unavailable due to a 2 hour lunch break every day. I had called and left numerous messages and even talked to someone in the office about getting a much needed prescription. 2 weeks later, still nothing. They did nothing. The on call doctor could not help at all. Please do yourself a favor and keep looking! This office is the definition of shitty American Health Care.

This has been the best office I have gone to in the city. I get appointments when needed and the Dr.‘s know what they are doing!
